I was thinking of doing a gall bladder flush, but I have conflicting info so I'm hoping someone can clarify.
I was listening to an interview with August Dunning, and he said to drink apple juice for Five Hours (how much he didn't say), followed by 1/2 cup of orange juice and 1/2 cup of olive oil right before bed, and try to sleep on your right side (where your liver and gall bladder reside).
He explained that it was the malic acid in the apple juice that causes the bile ducts to relax and become more elastic.
Looking online, information generally says that you drink apple juice (or eat 4 apples per day) for Five Days, before consuming 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1/2 cup of citrus juice (like orange or lemon).
That's a big difference. did August mis-speak, or is it a new improved method?
