More than 30 public water utilities were locked out of chemical and water flow control.
Basic "air gap", disconnecting from the internet, to use a local LAN or IEEE 488 bus controller practices not used.
No boil water or sickness reported.
Why is this here? Preparation for a CME also covers municipal incompetence. Have good water, not from the tap, available.
