This really is a great book. This is actually the first printing of this book and besides some humor and a lot of historical information. There are a lot of great designs on building a functional and sanitary outhouse. I will try to share some of the photographs within the book soon, so you can get an idea and yes, there are two -story out houses for those who lived in climates that saw many 10’s of feet of snow, so much so, that the typical out house would be buried and so they made them two story and again like my title says, just don’t rent out the basement!
