What they should have also included is the chart showing how they thought the impact was a parabolic taper, when it is indeed linear - which means when we (the grid) gets cooked, it's really going to get cooked hard.

Yes but they have. Mike Levitt, Secretary of HHS opened up to and engaged the public about H5N1 possible pandemic. He talked with NGO and church groups.
FEMA and local Emergency managers can be more open. They have the microphone to control and direct the narrative.
Look at us. Prepared, not scared. Ok Prepared is an overstatement for me. I'm still in the process.
